I start school on the 12th. I'm excited because I'm out of the dorms and into apartments. I finally get my own room!

  6. I start September 3rd. (due to tourism or something in the summer, public schools here are not allowed to start before labor day.)

I'm excited to go back! I'm taking Political Philosophy and Contemporary Metaethics, 2 things I'm pretty interested in, but not as much as Metaphysics.

Schools in England and Wales start in September and Scotland in late August, with universities not starting until September or even October. Are these August dates that everyone's quoting?

College starts for me September 4. I'm taking:

    1. State and local politics

    2. American Congress

    3. Graphic design (pretty scared about this class)

    4. Catholic symbols & sacrament (absolutely dreading this)

Not a bad schedule, but it could be better. Pumped about the two poli sci courses, but I really don't want to take the other two, especially religion. Getting Friday's off is a nice bonus, though.

It does for me, but that's because we're switching from trimesters to semesters.

I'm not complaining about the extra couple days.

Welcome Week starts August 31 (YEAAAAAH), so that's what I consider "back to school".

I don't actually have any classes this term; I'll be teaching classes for my co-op instead. O:

I'm probably the most underqualified person here.

I'm still in school and next year I'll be starting the International Baccalaureate. It's like A-levels but supposedly more well-rounded and we have this thing called Theory of Knowledge where you're taught to think open mindedly and an extended essay which is 4000 words.

    Higher Levels:
    English Language and Literature
    Art and Design
    History
    Biology

    Standard Level:
    Maths
    French B

For me, classes begin on the 26th. The first day often involves reviewing the syllabus for the whole class period, so no material is covered yet. But some professors might change their minds and start lecturing ASAP.

Take notice in the bolded word.
The poli sci classes seem quite fun  made a B in one and a C in the other (at UNT). PSCI courses, if they're a part of the basics, are quite fun and easy.

I start up on August 20th and get out May 23rd, barring no weather delays. My schedule consists of:

    1. Advanced American History I/II (College level class, with college credit hours)
    2. Yearbook (My 2nd year with YB )
    3. English III (Same teacher as YB)
    4. Algebra II (Hoping for a good teacher)
    5. Chemistry I (I have absolutely no clue what to expect)
    ~3rd Lunch~
    6. Government I
    7. Career and Family Leadership (Heard it's a tough class, but I'm hoping it's rewarding)

I start at the end of September. Already registered for classes so all that's left is to wait for financial aid to be processed and figure out my schedule.

I'm taking English, Basic Algebra (I sucketh at math, so hoping this'll help me master it at last), and French. Three four credit classes. Actually looking forward to finally being in school again, I missed it.

    Yeah, I'm addicted to politics.

All of the poli sci courses I've taken so far at my university have been relatively difficult. Took a poli sci course - liberalism v. conservatism - last term that was quite time consuming. Had to read about seven books and write ten papers in a span of ten weeks. It was fun, though.
