    I'm so excited! I can drive now!!! (with a licensed driver over the age of 21 in the fron seat of the car, and only between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm)

    In Uruguay one has to be 18. Period.

    (I'm 18 and I don't know how to drive... I don't have a car. I know how to drive a motorbike but I don't have a license)

    Wait, 15 is the age for a permit? In california it's 16 >.>, unless you're a sophomore in high school and have completed drivers ed, meaning you started school almost 2 years early :S

    Happy B-LATED B-DAY.... 15 is old for a learners we can get them at 14 here then at 16 we get a GDL(allows us to drive by ourselves but still have limits) then at 18 we get our actual drivers license and get a lot of limits removed.
