Two teen suicides in the UK this week through cyber bullying and cyber blackmail. Really awful stories. The latest - a 17 year old in Scotland - was tricked in to sending intimate images to someone. Then he was blackmailed. It so freaked him out he jumped off a bridge. Be really careful who you give your identity to online. Some evil people out there. Likely not going to stop anytime soon. Too many people have been growing up with Facebook and all that stuff thinking that it's perfectly fine and safe to post all of their pictures and private information over the internet, and that mentality starts affecting their judgement when it comes to other online avenues. They are making it really easy for hackers, scammers, etc to get whatever they want from them. I really think that schools should begin to introduce computer classes that teaches, amongst many other things, about internet security, how to protect your identity and privacy online, etc to at least teach kids to be more wary and responsible on the internet.
I wouldn't be to surprised if the web-sight was forced to toughen the security measures or get shut down . The owners of the web-sight have to take more responsibility's also. from what iv'e herd they couldn't give a flying ##ck about this .
