One of the guys in the internet cafe where I'm typing this has just outwitted me by having me pay double of what I'm just supposed to pay. I know that I still have change but I can't prove to him that he is supposed to give me that. I know he's lying but I don't like to start a commotion.

I have learned my lesson but I serously feel so stupid I can't forgive myself.

Um, it's your right to ask for him to double check, and if he still gets it wrong, then go to the boss o.O He's doing something illegal, stealing from both his company (chances are he's keeping the extra for himself, and driving customers away) and you.

Yeah, you have a right to the correct money as long as you ask right around the time of the transaction. If you've already left, chances are high you'll never see it again though.
