    So I knew this was going to happen soon but I have been offered my own place by a local housing association it's a one bedroom flat I just need to go look at it nice area (!)

    Nice one! I really want to get a flat and move away from my parents but don't think I could afford any where on my own at the moment. How do housing associations work? I don't know much about them.

    it's kind of similar to council meaning your on a waiting list and score points depending on your circumstances didnt want to join a council one so I registered with a few of housing places took me nearly 2 years to get this one.it's cheaper than private renting .
