If you are a femme lesbian, how can other lesbians notice that you're gay if you just look like every other straight girl?

I've been wondering that, ...this wasn't my question originally but it got me thinking...how can you get other lesbians to notice you if you're ...i guess girly?

Wearing rainbow accessories might help. There's a bit of double standard though; females who wear rainbow accessories are less likely to be perceived as being LGBT than males who do so. Such females can be viewed as being straight allies instead. Nevertheless, wearing them can help others notice that you identify as lesbian, regardless of you not fitting the stereotype.

Yeah, your totally right about the rainbow accessories, a lot of girls in my school wear a bunch of rainbow bracelets and other stuff and it makes everything complicated for me

    But, i mean...I can't afford one though so....which sucks obviously :/

Jep it does... -.- I think it's much easier for boys (correct me if I'm seeing this wrong) - but as a girl, if you don't look like that "butch" type, no one sees it...

Get a plain white tank top and a sharpie. Write "Sorry guys, I eat Pusspuss" or something like that, preferably wittier lol. Budget solution.

100% guranteed!! (not really but it helps.)

    - Buy a (flattering and femme) plaid shirt. Lesbians love plaid. It's like a lesbian magnet.
    - Eat nothing but skittles. Comment frequently on how you love tasting the rainbow, wink wink nudge nudge.
    - Casually comment on how attractive wimminz are.
    - Buy a roll of "hello, my name is____" stickers. Write "super badass femmesbian" on them. Wear one every day.
    - Have two interlocked venus symbols tattooed on your wrist.

No one can tell I'm a lesbian. I don't know why. I thought I gave off a pretty good vibe. But what I do is I usually become friends with people and eventually just tell them. 98% of the time, they're ok with it.
