How old is too old for you?

I would be quite apprehensive going more than ±4 years my own age.

In either case, about 5-6 years older than me is when I'd cut it.

 

My cut off is 36.... Unless they happened to be mega awesome

 

If they're not in the 18-29 year age range then it's not happening! I tend to be mostly attracted to people slightly older than me because I think I act older than my age LoL

 

More than half of the few people I talk to for long conversations are the professors and staff at my university. I did the same with the staff at my high school and other places I went to. They're all like ~30.

I guess anything past thirty-five is kind of pushing it for me in terms of dating.

 

Depends on what kinda shape he's in. There are some pretty attractive 60 year-olds out there. But there are also some poor-health, bed rest, urinary catheter 60 year-olds too. It all comes down to how well he's taken care of himself over the years ;P

 

those are such vague choices... and are somewhat skewed toward people who are closer to a ten year multiple..

eg: If I'm 20, 20-30 is probably appropriate, but because I'm 27, 30-40 just seems weird because I wouldn't go above 32ish

 

Yeah it is kinda high, but if you're both enjoying the relationship who cares?

 

All my life I have looked way younger than other guys my age so, to me, anyone my age is way too old. The problem is, younger guys can't seem to get past my age, regardless of how old I actually look. Even the guys who LIKE older guys skip me because if they wanted someone who looked their age they could simply find someone their age! This has been, and, I think, is going to continue to be a problem. In fact, I am beginning to accept the idea that this could leave me alone indefinitely. Oh well, I've been alone my entire life so far, I'll deal...

 

8 or 10 years. Above that, its too much of a difference. But really, I'm not very picky.

I don´t have a limit. I rather look at the person and not his age.
Look at Johnny Depp. He´s 50 and fucking hot.

As it happens my boyfriend is 20... but I didn´t pick him for his age. We just fell in love. Love at first sight too.
I can imagine that can happen with a guy of any age.

 

This works the other way too. 25 is my young limit. Otherwise it feels like robbing the cradle.

 

I'd say 22 at the most for me. Anything over that is just too old for me.

 

If a booty call involves a rest home, then there an issue. Aside from that, I don't have an age limit.

There is generally an age range I find most of the guys I like to fit within (between my age and early 30ish), but if an older guy were to catch my eye I'd just see what happened and how it worked out.

 

If you're old enough to be my parent, we're probably better off as acquaintances or friends. I have enough trouble connecting with others my age, and when you factor in the generational differences that make us seem worlds apart, I'd rather err on the side of caution.

That said, I generally get along better with those *slightly* older than myself, meaning in the five to ten year range.

 

I have a rule of 2 years younger or 3 years older. I do this to make sure I have someone who is mature, and is close enough to me in age that they would be able to possibly relate to me better.
