Okay, let's talk about dreams here~ Who wants to study abroad?? why, where, and what major will you take? How are you gonna achieve it?
I don't. I have the best university in the Southern Hemisphere in my city. Leaving might be a pretty bad decision. What I want to study? I'm not sure. I'm really interested in international relations, history, law, and languages, but there's a great deal of money in engineering and medicine. I have just under two years to decide, so I've got a bit of time.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to study abroad. I've actually never been outside of the U.S. Where would you like to study abroad?
I wanted to study in the US, but it's expensive for international students. Hopefully I'll get to spend a semester abroad.
Not really studying, but I want to go to Berlin next year (starting february) for a graduation internship. Might have to start applying some day soon :/
After I finish college, i'll find a work and earn enough money to study Culinary Arts in Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. I want to pursue my career as a chef and patissier there.
I would have been applying already for a while if I were you... As for me, I'll be trying to get in Berlin's University next year. I have to jump through a lot of hoops though... and getting my German to level 4 is just one of them...
I'd like to study abroad over in Canada, preferably Toronto or perhaps somewhere in Quebec. I was also considering the U.S. at one point, particularly Chicago, for some reason. Even just for one semester. [And I'll be majoring in microbiology, minoring in a foreign language (French).]
No, I'm applying to the Freie Universität (though, if I understood right, I'll end up at Charité's college due to the course I want). For the course I want, I need German level 4 as a minimum...
Canada if you ask me I would like to study international relations. Oh Japan too for majoring in japanese. Really, it sounds exciting
I'm definitely (definitely) studying in France or Belgium next year, I just don't know where yet! I certainly wouldn't mind going back to Lyon or Grenoble... Erasmus <3
I would love to study abroad, but I can barely afford to pay rent as it is, so I don't think it's going to happen haha. However, it would be awesome if I somehow got a job overseas once I graduate.
I would like to do that at some point in my college years. At my university, aviation students can go to Melbourne, Australia or Capetown, South Africa. The cost for this semester was around $10,000, and yet according to my school's website, it's about $5500 to go to Australia, but that doesn't cover: airfare, housing, meals, books, Australian health insurance, local transportation, passport, visa, and other things.
Wow I would never have thought people were so interested in international relations. That's actually my major, which I'm really fed up with now. xD I would like to study in Canada or the US (preferably Canada). I would still stick to international relations, or TESOL. I just want to be there mostly for the cutural experience.
Because in international relations get you to travel around the world  ---------- Post added 27th Sep 2013 at 10:31 PM ---------- Yeah, money is the biggest problem and barrier :/
I just came back home, I was studying computer science abroad in France . Studying abroad is a perfect opportunity to realise just how independent you can be and break out of your comfort zone, not to mention practising a foreign language and making friends from all around the world.
