Do you still sleep with a plushie/stuffed animal?

I LOVE Donatello! Absolute favourite TMNT since I was little.
I slept with my teddy bear that I've had for 15 years, but I didn't want to lose him at college so I took along a little horsey.

 

I have a dolphin plush doll I got when I was eight. I left it at my house, but I used to sleep with it every night. And my old baby blanket.

 

Not anymore, I used to have a large teddy bear when I was younger though.

Right now, I really really really want one of these.

 

I have a Pikachu, Alucard, Dragonball, and England is on my door. I also have in my other room at the other place a Meowth, tie-dye monkey, and a few others I can't name off the top of my head.

But the one I really, REALLY want right now is Catbug.

 

No, but my husband is like a big teddy bear.

 

No... never slept with any kind of toy or comfort blanket or some such.

In fact, if I wanted to sleep with anything, it would be very uncomfortable... my toys consisted of Lego bricks, toy soldiers, toy guns, cars, toy tools, Battleship Naval Combat (the board game) and Monopoly...

Edit: Forgot lots of medicine related toys and chemistry sets.

 

Never had anything like that, didn't have an interest.

 

No,I learned to grow up and did not need my teddy bear in my teens I have since I was 7 years old which is on a shelf on the wall now.

 

While I don't require one to sleep I like to occasionally cuddle with my Yoshi plushies or pillow... and my dog. Whichever is closest by if I feel the urge.

I love cuddling but I move so much in my sleep everything I'm cuddling moves with me so I don't do it as much as I'd like LoL

 

Yes... 'Marmite' - a stuffed scarecrow! Apparently it was especially made for me because my Grandpa saw a male scarecrow in the shop and wanted to buy it for me but when he and Granny got back to the shop there were only female scarecrows left. Grandpa was adamant that the male scarecrows were better so he persuaded the shop owner to run up a one-off male scarecrow on her knitting machine - thus 'Marmite' was created.

 

I sleep with nothing, but occasionally I sleep with one or both of my dogs.

I never have needed a teddy bear; even when I was little, it sat on my shelf. My almost eighteen year old brother still sleeps with his, though. :lol:

 

I imagine sleeping with an Alucard plushie would be interesting. Checked your neck in the morning? :badgrin:

 

I do! I sleep with a squishable dragon.

 

I sleep with a shit ton of pillows, but I don't really count that. Sometimes I end up clutching one in a fetal position and sometimes I wake up under a pile of them. Though usually I just end up throwing them all on the floor in my sleep.

 

I have so many stuffed animals that I've lost count. I usually sleep with 1-3 of them, depending on their sizes. If I travel somewhere, I usually bring my trusty black Kitty with me. I've had her since I was 3. I'm not the only one in my family that does this. My brother has a ton of stuffed animals too! We used to have lots of fun playing with them, sometimes including 20 of them in a single adventure game.

 

Does a body pillow count?

When I would go up north, my German Shepherd knew she was allowed on the beds, so she would always jump in my bed and curl up with me at night. She's soft enough to be a stuffed animal, and she liked to eat enough that she'd get stuffed, but she's not a stuffed animal.

 

I've had a few long enduring teddies when I was little but haven't slept with one for a very long time.

The last fluffy thing I shared my bed with was my cat Garfield and a couple of times I've woken up with the neighbour's cat in my bed (he climbed in through the window!).

Even though I don't, I do find the idea of it a little bit cute.

I have a bunch of stuffed animals at home, but I took only my small Jigglypuff with me. I've had it since I was in kindergarten, so I could never consider giving it up.
