Well.. it might not seem like a big thing.. but I have one of my GCSE's tommorrow - Geography, which up untill now I have had no problems with... but I just can't seem to learn any of it its not going in!! I probably know enough.. I'm just expected to get a certain grade and I really nervous I will mess it up and let everyone down.. Oh well.. so yer... wish me luck!!
You don't need luck. You need confidence. And perhaps another round of studying. Wishing both to you. Lex
nobody else matters, you won't let everyone down at all. the way u will do best is to relax and imagine the worst case scenario, and how in 20 years, 5, 1 or even 3 months you will look back and think 'wow that really wasnt anything to get so worked up about' just focus, you'll be fine
good luck! I just finished my final exams last week. Some of them were really hard but you seem like you'll do fine since you seem like you'll study a lot for it.
Just calm down! Most of my friends get anxious for exams and stuff like that, but personally, I don't Just keep a cool head. If you did all you can, and studied right to the point where your head might explode, then I'm sure you can go through with this! Just do your best, and I mean absolute best and everything will be fine Good luck!
You shouldn't think you are expected to get certain grades! All you can do is your best. Don't be pressured by your parents or teachers or even friends to get good grades. Do what you can do! (I had to write an article advising people on what to do after their GCSEs in ym English exam and that was pretty much along the lines of what I wrote!)
Thanks everyone!!! Actually wasn't too bad, I was so nervous (probably over reacting!!), messed up a little but overall alot better than I thought.. I'm so happy it's over! Only have to wait untill august for the results now lol!
I'm glad it wasn't too bad! I'm sure you did much better than you think too. I hope you managed to relax some in the end! I remember the wait until results feeling like AGES. I don't know why it takes so long. But I'm sure it'll be fine, and there's nothing you can do now, so you can relax about this exam now at least!
