To anyone who is reading this who has ever felt depressed or is depressed I have a suggestion for you. Rather than pick up a knife or needle pick up a pen and grab some paper. I want you to write down something you would say to someone who is at their lowest point and hang that on your wall, mirror, ect. That way whenever you are feeling down you can read that note and know you can be better. - Much love. (*hug*)
I like duh puppehs. :'D I showed my friend the butterfly game, and she's currently got 132 butterflies, 0 killed and been clean for 13 months. :3 Highly suggest it to those who are tempted to pick up any sort of sharp object with the intent of self-harm.
The butterfly game? D: The game is that every time you feel the urge to hurt yourself (i.e. cutting, burning, etc.), you grab a piece of paper and draw a butterfly. You name the butterfly after someone you really care about, and try to keep the butterfly alive. If you stay strong and not cut, the butterfly lives. If you give in, however, it died and you draw a big "X" through it. Your goal is to try to keep all of them alive. :3
I always drew something when I was depressed. I made a character when I was depressed, distracted and very dysphoric.

Think of the most important person you have in your life, the person you love and trust the most. Did you picture someone? I have heard writing your feelings down on a piece of paper is a good way of dealing with depression/anxiety when you do not have access to therapy/medication.
I respect what you are doing here. 5 things I enjoyed: 1) playing my guitar 2) listeing to heavy metal \m/ 3) Programming 4) Eating 5) something I do at the end of the day but I won't go into details 3 I can do better tomorrow: 1) wake up earlier 2) talk to more people (a hard one) 3) play guitar better (this is always a objective) 1 one thing I am grateful for: 1) time
