In light of the lesbian finger length thread, I thought it would be pretty interesting if we have a gay finger length thread as well.

Hypothesis 1: If your ring finger is shorter or of equal length to your index finger, there is a high chance that you are gay.

Hypothesis 2: If you are gay but your ring finger is longer than your index finger, then there is a high chance that you fall under the stereotype of "straight-acting" gay.

Since there are multiple layers of hypothesis here, a poll would be futile.. So this is how this survey is going to be conducted:

On your post, disclose your:
Finger length ratio, [ring over index, index over ring, equal length]
sexual orientation, [gay, straight, bisexual, etc etc]
How society perceives your behavior, [this is the tricky part. To reduce subjectivity, list down what most of your peers seem to think: straight-acting, queer-acting]
How you perceive your behavior [this is how you identify your behavior, so there can be a variety]

Females can participate too, it's just that the hypothesis would be switched. Apparently index-ring ratio measures weather a person is "masculine" or "feminine"
