Hey, what is everyone's favourite pumpkin dish? I'm having a pumpkin party for Halloween and would love some ideas about what to cook.
You can make chocolate muffins with pumpkin. It's some weird, crazy diet recipe my mom made when we were all doing Weight Watchers. I really just like the seeds to be honest. The smell and texture of pumpkin guts has ALWAYS made me want to puke, so I have my mom or sister gut the thing and then we carve it up. Then I rinse the goop off the seeds and roast them in the oven on a cookie sheet. Salt them afterwards and you have tasty pumpkin seeds! ^_^ I'm a master chef! Hahaha
I thought everyone did that  It's so good! Also if you've never had pumpkin crêpes, I suggest them.
You could do something like this using pumpkin in place of or in addition to the squash and use whatever veggies herbs and spices you like. My Tiny Oven: Roasted Fall Vegetables If you want to serve a meat at the party a roasted pork loin or chicken would be wonderful with the roasted veggies. Skillet Roast Pork Loin with Carrots and Potatoes Good luck I hope the party is a smash hit!
I had a pumpkin soup served to me in a tiny pumpkin. The soup was okay, but I have to say, I liked how they served it, I thought it was cute~
