    I went to court yesterday and won,luckily I had a very good lawyer.I was arrested Monday for a DUI which I was not drunk and I was falling asleep which my partner Yasmine whom was with me.The cop whom stopped me said I was drunk and put me in handcuffs without doing the tests.The judge saw there was no evidence and threw it out.I did file a complaint against the cop whom did this and is being investigated.I thanked my lawyer Steven for it and I did pay him today for lawyers and court fees.My lawyer is one of my father's friends and my father called him right away after I was arrested.

    Well, I'm glad you were able to get that cleared up. :slight_smile:

    Hmm, that was in Michigan? I'll have to make sure I don't drive tired. Or, know a good lawyer...

    My lawyer was there when I was in jail and we had a talk fighting this.He saw I was targeted for no reason at all,the cop whom did this is suspended without pay and did this to 2 other people which he got a slap on the hand for.

    What a crappy cop.

    I've had to go to court a few times in the last few months. A guy rear-ended me, totalled my car, and then drove off. They arrested him about 20 minutes later, a few miles away. H eclaims that it wasn't him. So I have to keep giving my evidence as to whether or not I'm SURE it's him.
