Every so often I have a little ritual that I do.

I get comfortable. Cushion on the ground, sit in candle light, have a cup of herbal tea, and just think about all the things I love about my friends and family, all the things I love in nature, all the great things I know my life has in store. Only positive thoughts.

I sit there for as long as I please, letting good vibes flow over me.

It all sounds pretty clichéd but it really does leave me feeling great and quite restored/revitalised.

We all spend so much time thinking about the negative things whether it be gender or sexuality related, relationship troubles, problems at school, whatever it may be.

Push all that aside for 10 minutes and just think positive thoughts. If you can't think of positive things about people, go outside, pick a flower any just think of all the things that make it beautiful to you.

    Try it

Where do I get a big enough cushion to sit on?

Most couch cusions should be suitable for the standard size butt, simply add more to desired shape and size
