I don't know if this is the right place for it, but...Happy Friday the 13th, everybody!! (!) This day has always been a lucky day for my family. How do y'all feel/celebrate/what do y'all do on Friday the 13th? ~S~
LOVE Friday the 13th. I'm actually writing a novel based on it. We don't celebrate it (unfortunately), and I even forgot that it was today! I should have written some... But... Yeah, I like the day. It's awesome. It's the luckiest day of the year for me!
great, you're writting a novel. Well I'm a writer too. Well Friday the 13th. I think it's exciting and I usually watch the movie Friday the 13th, but it totally slipped my mind. I guess Freddy Vs. Jason will have to work.
It's the same as every other day. Nothing special about it. There are no superstitions about it or whatever. It's just a day of the week that falls on a certain number on the calendar. Lol. That's how I feel about it anyways.
I saw The Happening last night (on the thirteenth). It was okay... But my day wasn't unlucky. It was quite the opposite. ^_^
... It's usually my lucky day, but I felt like I was losing my mind yesterday, but it wasn't too bad, though, the Sporting Goods store I was at were all out of good, cheap, softball cleats.
Happy Belated Friday the 13th! I went to the bar. Was fun. Drank a lot. Was crazy! Nothing bad happened... Well we hit a bird and I made a rainbow disappear. Lol.
Hmm... people say "Oh, Friday the 13th is rubbish! Good things happen to me on that day!" And they usually follow on to say not to conform to superstition, because it's all this that and the other. So they tend to forget they just created a superstition for themselves. Pretty funny really. Myself, I don't notice a difference. I actually forgot it was friday the 13th so it seemed like any other day. Perhaps if you're aware of the superstition you're aware of what things happen to you, and when things are seemingly okay for you I think people tend to overexaggerate and think it was a lucky day. I dunno, I'm rambling. ¬_¬
I had my Science exam on Friday the 13 and I was nervous at first, but I think it went well:icon_bigg
