Hey everyone I am writing this from Paris and damn the keyboards are weird...lol. (and sorry that means some of my typing will be a bit weird too) This is the 1st time ive managed to get onto a computer since arriving in Paris. Well Ive been to the top of the eiffel tower which was awesome (but cold) then went to a chinese restaurant for lunch (actually we went to 2 restaurants but thats a long, funny story that i cant be bothered to type and promise to tell once im back to using my own keyboard). We also went shopping. Then today we went to disneyland paris which was great fun especially the Tower of Terror!! Thats definitely my fave. And tomorrow were going shopping and the day after going back to Sandyland (aka Dubai). So thats where ive been lately, thought id let you all know and I hope youve all been missing me (cos youre dead if you dont lol). And sorry once again for the dodgy typing.
LUCY!! *glomps* of COURSE i've missed you!! thats awesome now YOU went on top of the giant lesbian too!! XD hope the rest of your holiday is awesomeness ^.^ <3
Wow Lucy! Sounds like fun! However, you would not get me on the Tower of Terror for any amount of money.
The keyboard isn't weird !! >.< I live relatively close to Disneyland but I haven't been on tower of terror yet.. Anyway, enjoy your stay here
*Puts away the, "Lucy is gone!" Celebration banner* Of course we missed you...he.he.he... Just joking. I'm behind on the times though because I didn't even know you were in Paris till this post. O_O

This is the first time ive used a french keyboard so its weird to me. im goin back to dubai tomorrow so i'll probably type a lot more in a couple of days.
Wow your holiday sounds great so far. I would love to be in Paris right now enjoying vacation! Lucky you.
Right-ho, everyone. I did promise I'd tell the Chinese restaurant story, so here it is. My mum's stepmum said she knew this really good Chinese restaurant so she'd take us there. So all day I was working myself up for this really good meal. Lunch time came so we got a taxi to the street and looked for the restaurant, only we were having trouble finding it for some reason. So mum's stepmum went into this other restaurant to ask for directions and suddenly she was like, 'Oh wait this is the right one!' We went into the restaurant and it was kinda dirty but we were like, 'Yeah but the food is probably much better than it looks'. We sat down and ordered, and then the food came... Yeah. The food was seriously substandard. But mum and I were sitting there being all polite and trying to be really optimistic like, 'The duck is kinda dry but it's ok...' lol...I was pretty much silent all the way through. Like, 'I've been looking forward to amazing Chinese food all day and this is what I get?!?!' After the meal, we leave the restaurant and I just KNOW that mum and I are going to have a conversation about this later. Anyway we were looking for a taxi and were having trouble finding one, so we were like 'Let's look up there' (up a street) so we went, and suddenly mum's stepmum was like, 'Oh wait, THERE's the right one!!' Mum and I were confused of course. So we asked her about it. Turns out, the restaurant she'd taken us to wasn't the right one after all. She said she was embarrassed because she couldn't find the right one, so she PRETENDED the one she'd gone into was the right one!!! We were SO mad at her. We actually went into the right one and had a second lunch!!! lol
Wow... that restaurant isn't that good from your post... but hope that you can enjoy some more real Chinese food afterwards! Eh... heatqueen... you are from Dubai, and I assume that uh.. you can't eat ducks???
^Uh, yes I can. Muslims don't eat pork. I'm not muslim. I'm catholic and I do eat pork. Duck has nothing to do with it.
*glomps tightly* I missed you! (*hug*) (*hug*) WOW. I envy you. I've never been to france and will likely never get to. . However, if I do, you will not ever get me on the Tower Of Terror. I hate heights.
Ohh, hope the whole holiday was great even with the resteraunt thingamajig. WE MISSED YOU! I looove paris. I envy you as well. ^.^
As a matter of fact... The number of UAE nationals is actually very very low in Dubai. Most of the city is made up of expats, about 80% of them being from countries in East Asia, and the Western expats as well. Some of the Western expats are muslim, yes, as well as some of the Asian ones, but yeah, the number of muslims are lower than most people would think.
