Uhm, no.
Dublin is in Ireland.
AND in Ohio.

It's a very real possibility that they mean Ireland, considering so many Europeans are on EC regularly.
You should PM them and maybe you'll find out.

 

There's also a Dublin here in Virginia. But I agree, they are likely talking about Ireland.

 

It seems like there's a Dublin everywhere, there's even one in California

 

London, California, Canada, Brazil, Paris, and Versailles are all in Kentucky.

they probably mean Dublin in Ireland, because that's by far the biggest one of all the Dublins

and also because Guinness is from there, which is just cool lol

 

I am origanally from Dublin,Ireland and drink Guiness once in a while.I still have family there I see once a year.
