Sorry to hear that It always feels awful when someone doesn't follow through on their promises. An ex of mine promised to go vegetarian for me but she decided not to in the end. That kind of impropriety is frustrating, but try to be proactive about it and not sulk over it. Maybe you could learn how to draw things yourself - that way you don't have to rely on others? Trust me, people will regularly do this to you. Drawing isn't complicated, nor is it hard to learn.
