Creative ways to come out

If I were to ever come out on Facebook, I'd post a picture of my dog and a caption of him saying "My human brother is like my ears: he goes both ways."

 

Love that picture. And the idea is funny, too. They crack me up when they willingly pose for photos. I wonder if they even have a clue as to what their master is doing.

I like baking. So you could always bake a cake. That way, you tell your friends, and then you can eat a cake ^_^

In psychology I learnt if one finger is bigger than the other then it means your gay. I should demonstrate that if I ever have to come out lol.

 

Well, I'm planning to not actually tell people, but rather carry on with my life as a gay person, and then hopefully, people are going to just go along with it. I think that if your family and friends are supportive of LGBT+ people, then you should do this.

(But obviously, you do it as a bisexual woman. )

Heh, I've heard about that before. The ratio between the length of your index and the length of your ring of your dominant hand is related to how much testosterone you were exposed to in the womb. A low ratio means more testosterone, and a high ratio means less. Straight men usually have longer ring fingers (and lower ratio), and straight women usually have longer index fingers (and higher ratio). Then some studies found that gay men and women either have the same length index and ring or the opposite of their straight counterparts. Not sure how it applies to other sexual orientations. My index and ring are the same size though.

If you're left-handed, you could talk about that too. Gay men and women are far more likely to be left-handed than straight men and women (Wiki says 34% more for men; 91% more for women). Again, I don't know about other orientations, but I am also left-handed.

 

Bake a cake, actually come out of their closet, wear a t-shirt.(!)

 

I googled it, too, and I have the fingers of a homosexual man. Hm. Wonder what that means.

 

Looks like somebody else already had my idea, but I'll it again anyways.

Well guys it's official. I have straight hands. I'd better delete my EC account and find me a wife.

 

You could always post a video on the Internet, win a (gay-themed) contest, and then have to tell your whole family all about it.

Based on experience I wouldn't recommend it, but I'd like to think it was mildly creative. xD

Honestly, while humorous, I feel creative or unusual ways of coming out are unnecessary. I'm more of a "just tell 'em" kind of thinker.

 

I've honestly considered the cake thing. In my case, the cake would say "Let's talk about gender".

 

The way I did it was pretend to accidentally show my family something. Like opening my Ipad and going on google. Then in the search history it says "how to come out gay". This made my family very sympathetic and even more pleased. I obviously did this when is as ready to come out.

 

I have considered the hiding in the closet thing. Although, I tend to shove all of my useless junk in my closet so it's not very comfortable xD

 

That be a awesome way to come out !
