I didn't realise that the mods had the legal rights to come to my house my castrate me. But considering this, I'll try my best to stop this thread from going offtopic.

So... I'm sorta doing a health diary. Putting what I eat every day, the exercise I get, all that type of stuff. There's not that much posted today, but I plan for there to be later.

I'd really like people to post in it like... once in awhile, just because one of the key factors in losing weight is having a whole damned lot of support. Whether it's advice on stuff to do (which I might ask for), or just some support. <3 Thanks.
