So, I was wondering about this, since I often wonder about random scenarios like this. In countries like Russia that have "LGBT Propaganda" laws that will not let you say anything in a positive light about homosexuality, would that mean that is technically a criminal act for Russian people to access websites like EC for support and such? I mean, it would be totally fucked up if that was the case, but I really wouldn't put it past the glorified dictator that Vladimir Putin is. So, are there any Russian members of EC who could explain how the law works? Also, if you are in fact living in Russia, I wanted to send you a virtual hug. (*hug*)
A lawyer could probably argue that accessing websites in the privacy of your own home can't be considered propaganda, but I doubt the courts would care... Hugs from me as well (*hug*)
