I take my house keys just in case someone tries to kidnap me, then I can stab them, and when they're on the ground, I can call the cops .I'm a bit of a security freak, if you couldn't tell.

CELL phone because i'm a long distance runner and I usually bring it incase something goes on, luckily no one has tried to like attack me (lol) and i havnt like passed out lol. =]. i also usually bring a water or sometimes i'll leave the water out and bring my ipod touch.

Yeah...Seriously though, I am a security freak. Also, that was my 1000th post. I have one of the 30g iPods, very big and kinda clumsy but I like it.... Also, forgot to include this, I'd probably take some form of water, so I wouldn't dehydrate and pass out.
