Hi all, Just interested to hear from fellow gay women out there - how did you meet your girlfriends? How old were you when you first met and got into a relationship with another woman? As a fairly girly girl, I suffer from femme-invisibility and as a result I have never even been hit on by another woman. So, I'm particularly interested to hear from those of you who do not seem stereotypically 'gay'. Thanks, Islander.
I am single at the moment, but my first girlfriend I met at football practise. I guess you could say I am a stereotypical lesbian, whereas she was not. She was slightly more guyish than a usual girly girl, but none the less most people thought she was straight. I made the first move, but to be honest we were both as scared to admit our feelings and thought each other to be straight
