Recently, I've been watching old episodes of Hawaii 5-O (the original TV series with Jack Lord). It's nice late night entertainment. It has helped take my attention off of what is otherwise a dismal holiday season. But there have been some...uncomfortable moments. All connected with good looking men. One moment: the handsome man turned out to be the murderer. Just my luck to have a crush on a murderer! Past that there is the small problem of age gaps. The most fun age gaps are those that run like this: "Wow! He's good looking. But too young for me." [Pause. Realization sinks in.] "This was filmed in 1971. That man is old enough to be my father."
