Remember this? The Cinnamon challenge

I remember that the Cinnamon Challenge was a total trend in 2012 and 2013. Have you guys ever tried it? Share your story here!

I remember that it was so spicy and dry. I couldn't do it. It was so powdery, I couldn't swallow it. Plus, my friends were looking at me really weirdly and this got me laughing for some reason.

 

I remember this.. a ton of people in my dorm did it. It was actually pretty funny.

The cinnamon challenge is dangerous to your health, you risk damaging your lungs.

 

I rock the cinnamon challenge haha!! Thought it tasted quite nice... dry... but nice. Used to spend hours watching people do it on youtube. And the milk challenge

 

It's also ridiculously dangerous

Wow. That is something I am definitely not trying.

 

I did it twice both times it ended with me puking.

 

Please don't do this. It is dangerous.

 

It doesn't seem very appealing to me.

 

My brother comes home from school every day and talks all about these stupid challenges, like the "Milk challenge," where you're supposed to guzzle an entire gallon of milk. Then there's the Diet Coke and Mentos challenge, where you drink a Diet Coke and eat some Mentos. We all know what happens when you combine the two in a plastic bottle, but do I want to know what happens when you combine them in a human stomach?

 

I did the challenge and found it extremely easy... It's all self control.

 

I was going to do this with a friend but we never came around to doing it. I just wanted to try it because it sounds so... innocent. But maybe I'm better off not doing it.

 

Yeah, it probably goes on the list of things that you shouldn't do.. as others have said, it's really not safe to do at all. I got lucky that none of my friends got hurt doing this..

 

My daughter did it with friends and ended up puking her guts out. Considering how dangerous it can potentially be, that was probably the best thing that could have happened, since it was unpleasant, embarrassing, and discouraged her (and her sister) from ever trying it again. Or any other dumb-ass "challenge", for that matter. At least I hope so....

 

I remember that I secretly brought my mom's cinnamon to my ex's birthday party to try it out. We didn't get to, but I'm glad I didn't. That stuff poses major danger to your lungs and throat!

 

Luckily, most of us didn't choke so badly. We either had to spit it out because it was so spicy, or it was too powdery.

 

Please don't do this, at least in public. I really did not enjoy having to mop up the milk that the last guy that tried (And failed) doing this at a local market.

Yes he didn't pay for it, but at least he lost some humility with it.

Also I don't think mentoes and diet soda will do anything inside of you to be honest, your body generally has ways of venting internal pressures (Gas, burping, vomiting, diarrhea, etc) but I wouldn't advise it anyways.

 

People will seriously do anything...like, I remember when my mom, a nurse, told me kids were literally storing feces and then getting high off the fumes.

If you're that desperate, then hey....go for it.

This challenge in particular is extremely stupid. Why not do things like...gosh, I don't know, name the 50 states in 1 minute? (Okay, that's probably a bore to some...but still!)
