    That said, we all have our preferences. I actually really like run-of-the-mill looking guys best, but that's just me.

    I dunno about normal. It's probably a normal aspiration. I'm doin' the first part of the question, but the second is subjective :slight_smile:

    I'm pretty stereotypical in relation to my sexuality, I suppose...

    As you get older, the fixation of looks sort of dissipates, or at least it has with me. Nice pecs, legs, arms are all nice to look at, but after a while, I realized that it doesn't really mean much. Everyone sort of has something unique to offer anyways.

    Yeah, they're great to look at, but I don't know if I could be with a guy that looked substantially better than me. I'd probably start getting really jealous (edit: of him, not jealous of others around him) . I have a bad habit of tieing my self worth with my self image, and I feel like I would end up depressed.

    The funny thing is it totally wouldn't bother me being with a girl that looked a lot better than me. Maybe us bisexuals are just weird creatures (or I'm just a weird bisexual!!!) :grin:

    Yeah, but you're assuming that everyone wants what they are themselves. I bet there are plenty of fit guys who are attracted to heavier guys or extremely skinny weak guys.

    That said, I like fit guys who are just a LITTLE toned. Muscles don't do much for me, and if the guy looks like a body builder I think it's too much. My friend puts pics on FB of him post workout and he says "still not big enough" and I think "dude, you were DONE a month ago. You look great, now maintain."

    Very true. When I was starting to realize my sexuality in middle school, I was exclusively attracted to fit guys who were often obnoxious jocks, which didn't help my self-image since I was just a small, skinny nerd. But, in the back of my mind, I knew that was purely physical attraction; mental attraction required someone who is actually thoughtful and has other positive personality traits, what some people would call "boyfriend material."

    I actually prefer average, non-fit guys. There's something about them that is much more attractive than pure muscles.

    A personality is WAY more of a turn on to me than just the fitness of his body. I like weak skinny guys, and I like guys that have muscles too. There can be too much muscle. Average looking guys can be super sexy too. Attraction, for me, is so much more than looks.
