Yeah. I believe in true love. I believe there is someone out there for everyone to spend their life with. Whether if they are gay, straight, bi, whatever, there is someone out there that will love them for who they are and who they want to be.

I don't, however, believe in love at first sight. I don't think you can love a person without getting to know them first.

I don't believe in love at first sight either I really have to get to know a person before opening up a bit to them.

I don't believe in love at first sight either, but attraction at first sight can definitely become love over time.

I believe in "love". I believe you can meet someone, fall in love, be with them for the rest of your life, and be extremely happy.

I don't believe in "true love". There's a lot of things that implies, and I don't believe in them. Things like fate, and soulmates, and destiny, and "love conquering all". Sorry - the gargoyle is not a believer.

Limiting love to one person seems selfish, but maybe that's the beauty in it.

This isn't to say I don't like monogamy, I just think that communicating past our facades and letting people see the real you is the best thing you can do with love.

I hope I can do that with more than one person in my lifetime.
