muscular girls?

I think girls can look attractive with muscles as long as it isn't too much

 

Well, I'm a pretty muscular girl (genetic and from sports) and I definitely think getting fit and building muscle is attractive, it also improves your mood. If you wanna build healthy, lean muscle, you need to eat protein (but don't completely cut our carbs and fat) and do cardio (running, biking, swimming, aerobics etc...) for over thirty minutes, then do a weight session

 

Personally, I find some muscle on a girl looks good. Obviously not too much, but that toned look is great!

Edit: also, don't worry about getting "too big." It's not nearly as easy for a woman to put on that kind of muscle mass, and it definitely doesn't happen as a simple overshoot!

 

Honestly, I prefer a healthy, if a bit more curvaceous, girl. I think it's awesome when people are healthy and live good lifestyles, but I appreciate the softness that many girls naturally come with. If that softness and those curves come with some muscle, than that's even better. Either way, as long as you're healthy I think it's fantastic.

 

I am a totally sucker for muscles. The defined lines and strength-- swoon.

 

Testosterone increases muscle mass.

 

As a gay guy my opinion doesn't have that much value but I think muscle looks good on both men and women, but there is a thing as too muscular which applies to men and women alike. Bodybuilding isn't about sexy; I don't think extreme bodybuilders, men or women are particularly good looking.

 

I like women who are in good shape and look like they go to the gym as long as they look feminine. Definitely not fond of bodybuilder types with huge muscles.

There are many types of exercises, depends on what parts of your body you want to train. Usually you can go to the gym and pick whatever you like, there is group exercising with a trainer as well.

 

I have a thing for girls with bellies that aren't completely flat or without a pattern, so I tend to like the look of girls who have a bit of muscle there yes, and it doesn't hurt for her to have muscles other places either as long as it's not into "body builder" territory and such.

Though at your age you really shouldn't worry to much about these things unless you are very overweight (and I don't mean "have a bit of extra belly after Christmas dinner, I mean like "have to buy special clothes from special shops"), just stay naturally healthy and you should do just fine. It is possible to get addicted to working out which is not a good thing.

 

oh, well i dont like muscles on woman at all, i think it spoils the natural beauty of em which is femminism, but that is my opinion

It really depends on body type and how much.


I like girls with
- No thigh gap* (Honestly I would spend the entire relationship tricking her into eating more)
-Flat stomach (six packs can be cute too)
-COLLAR BONES (these are so fucking hot I can't even)
-Healthy looking (not to thin / not to huge)
-slim wrists are adorable but not to much or it is more worry some than cute
-toned calves
-slight biceps (nothing extreme)
-and hip bones I like hip bones

Dont discredit yourself! Even gay guys can judge if a girl looks hot without being being attracted to them duh! for me i would say girls with flat stomachs and nicely tanned. they can have a six pack but it wouldnt look any more attractive then a flat chest . unless your going for that whole trainer appearance. girls with muscular arms in my opinion doesnt look that good but whatever floats your boat.

Just like with guys, girls look good with defined muscles as well. However, that also means that too much muscle looks either scary and/or disgusting.

 

I like girls with abs :$
