How do you stay cozy in the Winter?

I wear robes all the time and use a heater sometimes but it exploded so lately not as much.

 

Heating. Usually a halogen fire. Occasionally the central heating.

 

I turn the central heating up to 13,000,000 and, sometimes, sit on the couch with a blanket.

 

Under a lot of blankets, but...my hairiness usually keeps me warm. ;-) I am like a grizzly!

 

My family switched to using all electric heaters, and I can set the one in my room to the temp I want. I also wear long-johns.

 

Ignore the cold. It's strength lies in attention. That is not saying go outside naked (except maybe for short periods of time) but that our tolerance to cold is mostly mental. I happen to love this type of weather. I'm not happy unless I can see my breath.

 

I cuddle with a certain someone...

If it's cold during the day, I'll wear around the house my Woolrich wool socks with my Sperry's, a very good combination. Followed by my flannel lounging pants, a nice thick shirt and a plush robe. For bed, I just remove my robe and shoes and lie under my blanket (in cold weather, I actually put a comforter over my sheets and then cover myself with another comforter so I can be very insulated). I also place my dog at my feet to warm them up because I have extremely cold hands and feet.

 

I wear sweat pants while home and drink a lot of coffee and tea

 

Wool socks. Hot Cocoa. Blankets. My new apartment complex has an indoor pool and hot tub, so I predict I will make use of the hot tub frequently this winter.

 

I wear big hoodies and have a personal room heater.

 

I grab a hot cup of tea and cuddle with my kitty ^-^

 

Fireplace and blankets.

 

I wear llllllloooooooooooooooooottttttttsss of layers.
