I think part of this would depend on whether or not it's canon or even yaoi. For example, Gravitation is a yaoi I watch/read. But Big Windup has a lot of implied homoromanticism, and the creator of it has done yaoi in the past. There are also tons of doujinshi out there that are canon and non-canon. Baka and Test could be one, if you think about it. There's a bit in Ouran Host Club. Hetalia is also one in a few implied ways, however there aren't too many doujinshi I'm aware that exist.
