West Virgina is cold right now, and a good chunk of the state has poisoned water.

well, we aren't in a good way out here. :O

As your neighbor about 600 miles northeast I can relate to the really cold weather.

    Cannot fathom the poisoned water.

yeah some kind of barge crashed in the river, spilled something into it, my place is okay cause its not in the same water supply, but a lot of people i know are not able to use their water. Its a crazy mess out here, cases of bottled water are sold out EVERYWHERE.

    Its nuts.

As a state over, I can agree that it's been pretty chilly(and I'm not one to get cold often). The wind chill factor hasn't helped either, hitting almost a 0 feel at certain points.

Luckily the freezing rain has stopped for now, although it's still been rainy.

Also been warmer last few days and I think it'll be up today.

It's been bitterly cold all week here except for the past 2 days in the midwest U.S. I heard about the water problem on the news, wish I could send you some. I've recently moved from the suburbs to the country, and getting well water allegedly fed from a natural spring. It's free (unless you count the cost of maintaining an electric well pump and water tank) and the health dept. gave it a clean bill of health. If they start dynamiting or fracking nearby though, I'm afraid for the safety of it.

Was gone all day and part of night when I went with my BF to Key West. It was real nice, and free, (First time I'd worn my bikini in 4 months) but one of my girlfriends jokingly called me a pilot whore. She does however want me to convince my BF to take her with us if their's a next time.

Heat wave today it's suppose to be 35. After the -54 windchill -30 air temp on Monday. I'm thinking of wearing shorts out today.

    But seriously, I probably will.

The whole water thing is a different story. No good, had a similar but much, much smaller event in SE WI last year.
