"Im stoned" is the same as "im high"... Using marihuana or any other drug gets you high, with is the same as saying they get you stoned.
The thing with this is that, in the time that Leviticus was written, stoning was a punishment. It was a deadly punishment, but a punishment none the less. His verse says that a man who lies with a man as h3 does a woman shall be stoned. Now when someone is stoned, they are high, especially on marijuana. Since gay marriage and marijuana are becoming legal at the same time, people are making jokes about the timing. Does that help?
We will probably all burn in hell for laughing at that, but it is absolutely hilarious. The good news is that most of us are supposedly going to burn in hell anyway so I will be sure to save you a seat on the bus. That isn't all folks. From what I hear, it seems to be becoming something of a queer haven. It froze over long ago. Why should we burn in hell just for laughing at that? I don't get it.
