My online life is almost 100% separate and hidden from my "real" life. Probably a good thing, otherwise I'd probably be posting from a padded cell by now. :lol:

You should see my black list on tumblr savior, because of just of one blog. The only reason I have not unfollowed her is because she is my neighbor in real life.

 

Social justice warriors, the extremist left, rabid fans (for some reason, usually girls), the entire LGBT community doing it Wrong in general, radfems, Political Correctness Gone Mad...

Tumblr in a nutshell. I would follow exclusively libertarian and conservative blogs if I didn't like videogames and anime so much.

The site has become a circlejerk for The Oppressed to whine about people for things they can't control.
It has also become a haven for idiot "special snowflake" types.
However, while it has its flaws, the website remains one with good features (the ask box), many visuals, and a community that wouldn't offend anyone (although this hugbox attitude irritates me).

 

I don't really use tumblr. I find it a waste of time unless I search for something specific I am looking for, like pictures of [insert something here].

 

I LOVE TUMBLR! I'm on it everyday. I use it a lot! I have 169 followers I post whatever I feel like usually fandom stuff. Anime, Homestuck, Superwholock, MLP.

But yea if one looked at my dash or my blog, they could tell I'm gay. I just use tumblr to look at cute guys and sometime reblog 'em or view education blogs. I'm pretty big on the UNT and Education tag
I really couldn't care less if a person I knew stumbled upon my blog. More power to them. I mean the only thing they'll figure out is that I'm gay and I mean it's not a huge secret.

My tumblr is full of things I don't know if I want people to know about me. Whenever I meet someone and they ask for my url, it's a terrible question of "should I or shouldn't I?" - all they need to do is type in my url and then I'm out as trans, my fetishes are on the table, and it's like this whole different view of me is right there in the open.

 

I have 432 followers, and it is awesome.
I follow almost 5000 blogs. I should stop following so many blogs.
On my blog, I'm just male, and it is awesome.
I have only gotten one "anon hate" message; it was about my stance on feminism (anti-feminist egalitarian).

 

Used to be on Tumblr all the time. After I came out to my parents, usage petered out and then I just never got back into it.

But yeah. I was open as FtM on there. You spend five minutes on there and you get a pretty good sense that it belongs to a bisexual, trans guy with issues.

 

My tumblr is only shared with one friend, who I met at a gay school club convention thingy. I post some personal stuff on there... so yeah, it was really a question of should I reveal my tumblr or not. I generally follow sfw and the nsfw ones are in a folder or mosaic viewer. And yeah, I also separate my browsers. School stuff and FB on Firefox and tumblr and nsfw stuff on chrome.

 

Yeah this. I've never understood what's so interesting about the whole thing.

 

Nope - don't understand the Tumblr craze xD Though I make sure no one in real life will ever find my profiles on sites where I don't want them to. Definitely not here.

On my tumblr I do often reblog and like lgbt, bisexual and gay related things. Thankfully most people in South Africa don't have tumblr so they wouldn't come asking for it .

 

I have a Tumblr too! I don't know if it would matter if anyone found my URL, since I'm not out on Tumblr yet. Although, they might wonder about me since I do post social justice stuff as well as fandom stuff. I'm pretty diverse with my GSRM tag, so maybe they wouldn't know. I'm definitely more liberal on Tumblr than I am on Facebook, but that's because my friends on FB are mostly conservative. I wouldn't want my conservative friends to find my URL; there might be some annoying political fights.
