So I went on TrevorChat to seek some help for a friend and idk it felt a little awkward for me... Anyone else have something like that?
I'm assuming they're talking about TrevorChat, which is part of the TrevorProject, a support line for LGBT teens (well, aimed at teens, but I doubt they'd turn away helping someone older) who had a bad reaction when they came out, or feel like they can't handle being in the closet anymore, etc. It's run by trained advisors. As for the question: I think anytime you're talking to someone about a friend is going to be awkward.
It's one of the support lines that The Trevor Project has. If you're LGBT and need someone to talk to, you can call them, chat with them over an IM-style format, or even text one of their counselors.
