So today I have my final portfolio review for my university project. I have to present to a board of external examiners and three tutors. I've done it before but this time it's different, it determines what grade I get for my degree! Any tips on how to stay calm under this amount of pressure? Any advice will be greatly appreciated guys!
Ooh, really good luck, buddy! The ways I stay calm when giving speeches is to imagine viewing myself from the audience's position (i.e. perform but imagine seeing myself from a 3rd-person perspective) and to imagine that I am some sort of super-duper important person and the audience is just dying to hear what I have to say (because I'm important and they love me). Hehe, those are just the things I do anyway. Good luck! You're going to be fine.
