Nicknames.

I had a teacher that gave most of his students nicknames.
There was nutty, big John, Quiggles, gabs, tut-tut, Fabio, dig-doug, muffins, ka-dish, Scgang, and of course, no-nickname. That was his nickname.

 

Just Alex.

 

On numerous occasions I've been called variations of "Sam," my legal name, including Sammy, Samuel, Samantha, and a couple others I can't remember. Gender-neutral names are good, but they can be quite annoying sometimes.

Not really had one since I was a child. I used to be called "jaffa" because I always used to eat jaffa cakes. -_-

 

People either call me by my first name, my second name, or my first and second name combined.

That said, one girl does call me "Bo."

 

Can't really think of any... "Bri" maybe as a short form for "Brian" Wish I had some though! :tears: :icon_bigg

 

People frequently called me Red throughout my life since I have red hair. Even if people didn't know me, that was the name they could use to get my attention. There were girls in high school that called me Jaderrific and Jaders. One guy in high school called me Skippy.

I was called Peter Pan in college, too.

 

Have friends who call me Ron. Clark also caught on- with a friend who realized I was a journalism major. And then here, I'm enjoying that I'm occasionally just 'the doctor'.

 

I've only had a few nicknames in my lifetime. I've been called Ali, and Mr.Unicorn.

Just Mike or sometimes M-Dubs (W), which has to do with my last name.

 

Any variation of Will you can think of I have probably been called

Willis, Will-I-Am, William Wallace. Wilber is the most common if the person has been drinking

 

I go by Trey, which was a nickname given to me around age 8 or 9, and I go by it because I absolutely hate my given name, which by the way is :***:

 

The only one that's really stuck is one that I came up with myself, which is: 'Tall, quiet guy who likes trains'. I think it describes me pretty well.

I'll just tell you the two least embarrassing ones - "The Robot" and "The Dawg". Good luck guessing why.

My nickname is literally 'free spirit' - not quite sure how that one came about :eusa_danc

That or 'butterfingers' - im probably the clumsiest person youd ever want to meet in your life

 

Oh this seriously hurts to type, so somebody had better appreciate it.

Half of my family calls me Meggie-beggie-boodle-bum. Also, shortened versions:
Boodle-bum
Meggie-beg
Beggie-boodle-bum

And just about any other combination you can think of.
