Start dancing, producing videos, and making music. Even if its god awful at first, you will learn from your mistakes and improve
Hang out around musical people. Join the band, listen and critique other amateurs, and put your own stuff out there to the world. And when the time comes, be in the right place at the right time.
Post you work in Youtube. Create a Facebook Fanpage showcasing your music/talents. Create a blog/tumblr. People seems to make these as their avenue for promotion these days. I'm sure people will take notice of you eventually. Cheers! Cigsmoker [Sam]
