    Yep, definitely weed. Weird that it would be totally random like that. If you want to get them for it, save the message, time, etc. but if you don't care to get them in trouble, just say no. :slight_smile:

    Asking someone if they want bud is not grounds for anything, there is no possible way to get them in trouble.

    People sell pot and plenty of other illegal things on craigslist and kijiji, because there is no way to prove intent when using slang.

    That sounds pretty slippery to me. I would consider it to be probable cause to search, but I'm not a judge. :S
