    Usually when I think about finding someone it feels utterly hopeless because I have no idea where to start. But this is my general curiosity also

    Where did you meet your significant other? Your boyfriend, girlfriend, whoever that special person in your life is at the moment?

    My partner and I met in a gay bar--yeah, breaking stereotypes left and right. It was supposed to be a one night stand. Again, crushing those stereotypes. But, well, it's been 16 years so I guess it worked out.:lol:

    on facebook we just chatted like mates from the off and our friendship grew into a relationship, I wasn't looking for a partner and neither was he, we just started jokingly sedning "x's" in our messages and hearts and things, and without even finding out if he was gay, I asked him out, that happened 2 years ago and we're still together today, I believe it was fate, and believe me when i say that i have never used fate as an excuse for anything to happen before!
