There are some photos on the BBC news site here and on The Sun newspaper article here (click the Slideshow link). They tend to focus on the stereotypes though, especially the BBC ones. I like this one though, because it shows the vast number of people there. It's the biggest pride march and event in the UK. Did any EC members attend?
tell me about it! looks like a "parade" i would actully enjoy... *thinks-chea right, enjoy staring at british guys all day is more like it!*
is it just me or does the fellow I circled look suspiciously like Martin?? It just seems like half of his face, but I'm not 100% sure.
lol.....i was there!!! It was soo much fun, It was my first pride as well. I went with my bi friend joanna abd we had so much fun. We walked the entire parade. The main thing I remember was that it was so loud!...and happy. There were whistles...sound systems and amazing costumes. I am sooo going again next year. Might put some photos up soon, xxx
The BBC also doesn't show any photos of lesbians apart from a few in the background and whatever Surely there were some interesting lesbians in the parade??
I dont like the way the BBC represents gay and lesbian people =/ An article about coming out had a picture of a gay couple in a park. One of the guys in the picture was wearing nothing but leather hot pants and a chain around his neck which his boyfriend was holding....
