Default Small town raises rainbow flag

The town this happened in only has a population of ~ 10,000 people

You're probably best off not reading any of the comments

I now assume , that with this raising, I too can have my flag of choice raised there. The NASCAR flag has as much right hanging from a Government building as the rainbow flag. Make it so Amherst.
I know, don't read the comments. But seriously. xD That made me laugh.

i think it is really cool and all, but dont you think if they do this they will have to raise about 2,000 other flags? straight flag, bi flag, black flag, white flag... the list goes on and on

They already do raise flags for other 'cultures'. The Stars and Bars flag still flies high in South Carolina (even though protesting is always happening), and I'm sure other States or cities have flags they fly for special past events.

Yeah, our city hall only has the US flag and the State Flag. I think. >_> Have to admit that I haven't been there in quite some time.

That's their town, they live there, and they can damn well raise whatever flag they want to. I hate how people are always trying to dive into other peoples' business.

Good for them. Those old fellas probably have many stories to tell about how they have been treated. To see that flag raised probably means a whole lot to them.
