I've had this curiosity for the longest time and I hope someone can point me to some research or perhaps share some personal experiences. I mean no disrespect. Does a transman's (or transwoman's) natural body aroma change after hormone replacement therapy?

I ask that because I find that for me, men "smell" much more attractive than women (well, women's odor doesn't actually do anything, haha). Lord knows I spent several years in college sitting next to a good friend whose body smelled really nice; he smelled of a mix of Irish Spring and his natural body aroma. He isn't the most "handsome" guy, but all of his qualities, including the way he smelled, made him quite attractive to me.

Just wondering what's y'alls take on this and for your input.

I don't know for sure, but it probably does. I think you're smelling pheromones, which from what I understand are produced based on your hormones.
