Guys who wear tanktop

Why is it that most guys who wear tanktop are considered not cute? I'm confused, it's only girls who can wear tanktop and be cute.

Yea... never heard that either. I've only seen guys wear tank tops at the gym. They look fine and no one complains. Now if you mean wife beaters... that is kind of a different story. K-Fed ruined the wife beater and khaki shorts look, so thank him for that.

Plus girls do look awesome in tanks... because they just have beautiful assests!

Erm. I've never heard this, but tanktops come in all different types. There's the muscle tee (take a t-shirt and cut off the sleeves to the shoulder), the wife beater (like a muscle tee but the sleeves [straps?!] are skinner, etc.

Where I live, if you're a guy and you wear a wife-beater, people think you're like a farmer or a hick or something, so most don't. They usually wear muscle tees, probably because it covers more of the arm.

Personally, I think it depends on the guy or girl, if they pull off tank-tops.

So this would be a male tanktop. And basically this is the way I see it. If you wear this shirt and you have muscles and it's tight and all that jazz then it's a "Male Tank Top." But if you wear this shirt and your fat or really skinny, it's got stains on it, and/or your covered in sparkling jewerly with your hat to the side...then it's a wife beater.

I don't mind the Male Tanktop. Just you need the right kind of "built up" body to pull it off.

Tank tops are so outdated for guys.
Most of the guys I know usually wear Muscle T's or they wear shirts... or they go shirtless

I think it depends a lot on how the person takes care of and carries themselves, but yeah I think guys and girls both can be cute.

I agree with the opinion that it's a matter of several things, including how one carries oneself and one's personal hygiene and appearance. Really, it holds true for just about any article of clothing, I think.

Pft, I am skinny and wear a tank top to bed - and it looks (hot =p) and *fits* fine. It just depends on what size you wear.
