Next week I'll be counseling at a Quaker Camp's Boys Camp! I'm pretty nervous about it but I'm sure it will end up being a great experience. This is my third summer working at the camp but it will be my first time counseling.

Location: Kingston Age: 20 Posts: 1,410 Join Date: Dec 2007 | Re: Wish me luck, I'm going to be counseling at a camp next week! lol camping with lil kids is not all that bad if u can relate to them.  i have was camp senior/junior counoler last year at AT&T employers kiddies camp (my dad is a manager there) and I had fun...not for the first week but i got through. Well, this is jamaica.......all i had to do was throw them some weed and they all be merry and fall asleep. ......  of course not! what kind of persn do u think i am!  through i did give some of the older kids vodka on the last day. It was for baking (i tutered Home Ec.) and they had left over vodka, cane rum and white wine. So i just shared it up with my students and we all drank and be merry and had fun.Oh and whatever u do, if u are frustrated, DON;T MAKE THEM KNOW. don't show it in ur face, in ur body language...cuz if u make them see they drive u up the wall...ooh beleive me, they willll drive u up the wall.
