I've often heard the phrase that a person is about as popular as dandruff. I have a suspicion that Putin may be even less popular. So, would you rather live in a country ruled by Putin, or have ongoing dandruff?
Well, there's like, shampoo for dandruff. I don't think Putin can be taken care of with shampoo... unless it has arsenic or something in it.
Even though I'm heartlessly neutral towards Putin, I live with having dandruff everyday, because I suck at washing my hair.
There are ways to deal with dandruff. You don't need to storm the Kremlin to get rid of a flaky scalp.
I use Head and Shoulders when I wash my hair. At least I can recommend that rather than a trip to Russian parliament (or Russia in general in present day).
I've already got awful dandruff. As in I can't go even one day without washing my hair. Few days and I get cradle cap and dandruff scabs. Grody, yes, but still better over Putin. Mane and Tail can only do so much.
