I never had weight problems until a year ago. I went from 165 to 210. My weight is down now to 195 but I'm still working in it. I decided to work out every single day for a month. I'm going to do a 5k. I signed up for it with my kid. I'm excited. I WILL do it! I don't put much weight on weight. Lol :bang:
5k? You're courageous! I doubt I could run 500m right now, I'm so out of shape... =/ Just be careful about your joints. Putting too much stress on them could easily cause damage. Get high-quality shoes with good support, and run on a cushioned surface. And most of all, don't over-do it. Good luck both with the weight loss and the run!!!
