I thought I posted this today but I don't see it... I never had weight problems until a year ago. I went from 165 to 210. My weight is down now to 195 but I'm still working in it. I decided to work out every single day for a month. I'm going to do a 5k. I signed up for it with my kid. I'm excited. I WILL do it! Is anyone else into working out?
