Try to calm down. Take constant breaks.

Study somewhere where you'll have a) no chance to procrastinate, and b) a relaxed atmosphere, like a library or a student café.

Try to do some meditation. Also, break down what you need to do in small pieces. If each piece seems to be too hard, keep breaking it again and again until there is literally no reason to do something. For me, I find I have to get into a zone of hyperfocus if I want to get something done. Multitasking just makes me slow down.

    Booze

Actually, I should retract that. First of all, I shouldn't be recommending that to anyone, especially a minor. Second, the booze doesn't help me overcome the feeling of being overwhelmed at all, it just makes me not care for a couple of hours. Afterwards, I'm right back to feeling overwhelmed.

In light of this fact, my recommendation is to consider the other posters' recommendations, not mine.

You could schedule an appointment with your professor to ask questions. For some professors, they're not great at explaining concepts during lecture. But when talking 1 on 1 with them, the material could become as clear as day.

Another suggestion is to check out KhanAcademy. I personally have not used this before, but a lot of my friends do. I heard it's useful. I am not sure if it covers material in your class, but feel free to check it out here: Khan Academy - YouTube
