i always see women dressing sexy but their age is mature,i dont blame them, then i see guys just relaxed about getting old. Every woman wants to look and be young again so they can have fun all over again,my mom wishes she was 17 or 20 again .

Do it right the first time and you shouldn't need to go back and do it again. Ageing is a whole new journey. Mortality is a bit scary though, particularly if you don't have any religious/ afterlife beliefs.

I'm 20 next year. It's kind of weird - it doesn't seem that long ago that I was 11/12 and starting high school. Where does the time go?

I'm going to die at 27 like those famous drug addicts. I will never grow old.

Most people think of ageing as this deadly thing, I think old people are cute personally. I will never be one of those females lying about their age or a forty year old wearing a mini skirt. No thank you, I already dress like a grandma (so I been told)

I don't know. It's probably a more personal thing. The idea that women dread old age and are obsessed with youth and beauty is really rather sexist, to be honest.

    It's also absolutely incorrect.

I know women that don't give a rat's ass on if they grow old. On the other hand, I've known men that were absolutely obsessed with their appearance.

The only things that bother me about getting old are:

    1. The fact that it's taken this long to actually live like a human, so it feels like I have many many years less than everyone else has had.
    2. I don't want to old to the point of uselessness.

    Other than that who cares?

Well. I'm not looking forward to it, for sure. But if I've gotta die and I'm not feeling particularly depressed, may as well be as an old wrinkled man than as someone who hasn't started life, you know?

Not all women dread aging. Some, women and men, do it rather well.

I recently hit the 20-year mark too. But instead of having a crisis, I had an epiphany: I am ridiculously young. I mean, my dad has lived three times as long as I have!
Everything I want to achieve in life is still ahead of me. Love, fame, fortune, wisdom.

A friend of mine told me that to acknowledge your own mortality is one of the defining characteristics of humanity. While I agree, I think that an equally essential part of being human is doing everything in one's power to cheat death. I've made peace with growing old and dying, and I'm actually looking forward to, but I would gladly upload my conscience into a computer and hope that one day I could be transferred to an artificial body.

If I were offered the choice to be immortal and unaging, I'd take it, as long as there aren't really severe side effects and I could have someone I love be immortal with me.

But since that's not an option, I'll deal with getting old. I don't care about getting wrinkly and so forth, but I'm terrified of the aches and pains old people often complain about. I already get aches and pains a lot now - how much worse will it be for me when I'm old?

I'll be 30 next month and yeah it's scary. Makes you think how short life is. I'm not worried about losing my looks, I look good for my age. What's super depressing is that you lived up to 30 and didn't achieve anything you wanted to achieve. Especially when you see people younger than you who have. If I could go back, I would try to do things differently. Do I want to relive college years and parties and all that again? Nope, I prefer maturity. Although, I do feel like I wasted a lot of years of my life doing nothing.

If you want to be a nurse, then stick with it. The real challenge starts after you're done with studying and need to find a job. It's good to have a backup plan in case you don't get the job you want.
